  • Order Processing Time – Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time – Estimated delivery time varies by location:
    • United States, Canada, Europe, Australia: 5-10 business days
    • Asia & Other Regions: 7-15 business days
  • Tracking Information – A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Our fulfillment team carefully inspects, packages, and ships each item.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before the shipment is dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, some countries may experience longer transit times due to customs clearance. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Parcel Insurance & Lost Packages

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be changed.
